Where are you located? What is the best way to get to your store?
Dancer’s Dream is located downtown Geneva on State Street/Route 38. We are located directly across the old Geneva Theatre marquee.  We are in between Fourth Street and Third Street. There is parking along the street.

Do you offer discounts?
We hold many sales throughout the year that you can find out about by “liking” us on Facebook or signing up for our email list (bottom of this page).

Do you have information regarding dress codes at specific studios?
Yes, we have a dress code binder that contains up to date dress codes of as many dance studios as we’ve been able to collect. If you’re coming from outside the area, we might not know which leotard color or shoe brand to suggest, but we’ll be happy to look it up online for you while you shop.

Do you carry stuff for toddlers and/or adults?
Yes, our child size clothing runs from size 2-14, and our adult sized clothing goes from XS all the way up to 4X in some styles. Our shoes start at a toddler size 6 and go up to adult size 14 in some styles.

Do you only sell dancewear?
No, we offer yoga, gymnastics and ice skating apparel. We also can supply cheer uniforms, warm ups and shoes.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! You can purchase a gift certificate in person at Dancer’s Dream. Treat your gift certificate like cash as it cannot be replaced. Gift Certificates are final sale.

Do I have to have my gift certificate with me to use it at Dancer's Dream?
Yes. Your gift certificate is like cash, if you do not have it with you, we cannot apply it.

Do you have an email list or newsletter?
Yes! Second to our Facebook, it’s the best way to find out about sales and events at the store. Stay in the know. Sign up now through our contact form!

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and Dancer’s Dream gift certificates.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Merchandise must be unworn and all tags must be attached and returned to Dancer’s Dream for exchange or in store credit within 7 days of purchase. Receipt must accompany the garment(s) at time of return. All garments are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Note: Sale items, tights, hair accessories and undergarments may not be returned. Gift certificates are final sale.

Are there any items that can’t be returned/exchanged?
Tights, undergarments, hair accessories, sale and clearance items, and gift certificates are final sale. Once tights have been tried on, they are considered used.
